Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood has appointed Bo Guidry as its President. In his new role, he will assume responsibility for all operations and management of the integrated resort, which will debut its $1.5bn expansion on October 24. Guidry replaces Auggie Cipollini, who has been promoted to the position of president of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. Guidry was most recently senior vice president and general manager of Horseshoe Casino - Council Bluffs and Harrah's Council Bluffs, both located in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Hard Rock International is adding to its stellar executive team, announcing the appointment of Rachel Mecca as director of global travel industry sales in the global sales and marketing department. In her new role, Mecca will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos. Her team will create and maintain relationships with travel industry clients to help properties meet their sales and revenue goals.

Her most recent role was vice president and general manager at the Argosy Casino Alton in Alton, Ill., as the first female general manager for Penn National Gaming. There she facilitated day-to-day gaming operations with more than 800 slot machines and 12 table games as well as multiple restaurants. She oversaw and completed an extensive interior remodel and redesign.
